Senior Engineer - Frontend

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Build reusable and maintainable UI components using React.js .
• Develop complex frontend applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement efficient state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit.
• Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready interfaces.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Work on AI-enabled features and applications, including integrating AI/LLM capabilities into web products.
• Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in frontend architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering discussions.
• Identify and resolve performance, usability, and production issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to frontend engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 8-12 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on frontend development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
• Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, ES6+, asynchronous programming, DOM, and browser concepts.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or AI-powered applications, preferably involving generative AI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-driven product features.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to generative AI/LLM-based applications.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI APIs.
• Understanding of streaming responses, chat interfaces, AI agents, or RAG-based applications.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Exposure to CI/CD and cloud-based application deployment.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS/enterprise products.
