As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues, and seeking opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. This is a remote position with the option to work from home or from one of our global office hubs.

Missions

Interacting with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues.
Becoming an expert in the Whatnot product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for users.
Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, and seeking out opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
