As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for buyers and sellers, resolving customer issues, and seeking opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. You must be fluent in English and German, have at least 2 years of support experience, and have a deep understanding of the DACH market.
