TL;DR: We’re looking for a Product Designer to turn complex AI safety workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces used by engineering and research teams every day. You’ll own design end to end: evolve our Figma design system, improve existing screens, create new product flows, prototype interactions, and work closely with product, engineering, and research to ship quickly.

What you’ll do
Evolve the Figma design system so it stays consistent, scalable, and easy to work with
Update current screens and design new flows for upcoming features
Work directly with product, engineering, and research - fast iterations and full ownership
What we’re looking for
5+ years working with Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, Design Systems
You’ve designed clear, functional web interfaces, ideally for technical products
You can create basic animations with any tools you prefer
You use AI tools in your own workflow
