And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Rapidly contact and qualify inbound leads, preferably within two minutes of receiving the lead.
• Book tours and manage five- or six-step follow-up sequences for prospective customers.
• Conduct prospect research and outbound outreach to local practitioners, businesses, corporate organizations, schools, doctors, and other target partners.
• Update the Moments CRM and booking platform with lead activity and status.
• Track lead stages and ensure proper handoffs and follow-ups with prospects.
• Follow up with prospects who do not immediately enroll.
• Communicate with leads through WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and other available channels.
• Support outbound and corporate partnership development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales development, lead generation, customer outreach, or a related role
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Excellent lead qualification and follow-up skills
• Ability to respond to leads quickly and consistently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up sequences simultaneously
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Comfortable conducting outbound outreach to businesses and professional partners
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate CRM records
• Willingness and ability to learn new CRM, booking, and communication platforms

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM UK Time (Full-Time)

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• USD $1,200.00/month
