HR will remain responsible for HR policies, processes, and business priorities, while your focus will be on system ownership, configuration, integrations, and technical support.

Your role is:

  • Investigate application incidents and technical issues, working with internal IT teams, software providers, and external partners to resolve them.
  • Support HR and Payroll teams in maintaining accurate, consistent, and reliable system data.
  • Provide second-line application support, prepare technical documentation and user guidelines, and assist with training when specialist system knowledge is required.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure the HR platform meets operational requirements.
  • Work with external vendors and implementation partners to maintain and improve the HRIS environment.

Your skills and experiences:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in HRIS, HR technology, enterprise applications, or a similar systems-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience administering, configuring, and improving a cloud-based HR information system; knowledge of HiBob is preferred, but experience with comparable HRIS platforms is also relevant.
  • Practical understanding of HR system integrations, APIs, data imports and exports, access permissions, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting application changes throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements clarification and testing to deployment and operational handover.
  • Good knowledge of HRIS configuration, workflows, data structures, and reporting functionality.
  • Understanding of single sign-on (SSO), identity and access management, role-based permissions, and user lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with information security, data protection, and cloud governance principles relevant to HR applications.

  • Understanding of testing processes, defect management, release coordination, and operational readiness.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and their relationship with Payroll and other enterprise applications.
  • Business-fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • A service-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and an adaptable approach to change and continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
  • HiBob Administrator Certification or another relevant HRIS qualification, or willingness to obtain one.
  • A project management certification.
  • Experience working with external HRIS implementation, integration, and support providers.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.

Our client offers:

  • Stable cooperation and a compensation package tailored to your skills and experience.
