岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责公司音频产品相关的算法软件实现与交付工作;

2.负责公司音频算法软件在特定硬件架构（HIFI/ARM/RISCV等）上的性能/RAM等优化以及验证工作;

3. 负责公司音频AI算法模型构建，端侧（QCOM/HIFI/ARM等DSP/NPU端）模型适配与部署工作;

4. 负责公司音频算法在客户端的应用以及客户需求与问题的解决;

5. 编写技术文档，记录项目开发过程文档和总结文档。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上声学、信号处理、电子工程、计算机科学以及相关专业，有较强的数学功底，熟练掌握信号处理的基本理论，有机器学习和深度学习基础;

2. 熟练使用Matlab工具进行算法模型构建与仿真调试;

3. 熟悉C/C++/python等语言，具有较强的编程能力，掌握git等版本管理工具;

4. 熟悉DSP/ARM处理器的系统架构以及DSP加速器的设计和使用，具有汇编语言基础;

5. 熟悉音频算法设计与软件实现基础以及算法在不同平台的集成应用;

6. 优秀的沟通能力与理解能力以及团队合作精神;

7. 具有英文专业文献阅读能力;

8. 具有AI、降噪、VAD、3A等音频算法设计与实现经验的优先;

9. 具有声学基础，调音或听音经验的优先;
