Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Consultant / Developer to design, implement, and support modern marketing solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and a good understanding of Marketing Cloud Next, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, customer segmentation, campaign orchestration, personalization, and Salesforce platform integrations. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with business and customer stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.

• Work with business and marketing teams to understand campaign, customer engagement, personalization, and segmentation requirements.

• Configure and implement customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, and personalized engagement.

• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and create actionable audience segments.

• Work with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities to support AI-driven marketing and customer engagement use cases.

• Design integrations between Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST APIs, and platform integration patterns.

• Configure data models, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation use cases within Data Cloud.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, integration, architecture, and business teams.

• Support solution design, technical documentation, code/configuration reviews, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

• Apply Salesforce security, data privacy, consent, and governance principles when designing marketing solutions.

• Participate in customer workshops and provide technical recommendations and effort estimates.

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled marketing experiences.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Knowledge or implementation experience with Marketing Cloud Next is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital marketing implementations.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, including:

  • Data ingestion and mapping

  • Data Model Objects

  • Identity resolution

  • Unified customer profiles

  • Segmentation

  • Calculated insights

  • Audience activation

• Understanding of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities.

• Experience designing customer journeys, campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and omni-channel engagement solutions.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts and integration with Sales Cloud.

• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integration patterns.

• Understanding of customer consent, preference management, data security, and privacy considerations.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience with legacy Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.

• Experience migrating or modernizing existing Marketing Cloud implementations toward Marketing Cloud Next/Data Cloud-centric architectures.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce platform development.

• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

• Experience with large-scale customer data and CRM transformation programs.

• Understanding of GenAI/LLM-driven marketing use cases and responsible AI practices.
