Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience managing large partners in SaaS or cybersecurity domain, ideally large Global SIs. 

Preferred qualifications:

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience selling to or with global system integrators (GSIs) and/or consulting partners (such as Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, NTT Data).
• Experience with sales quota achievement and managing pipeline metrics and KPIs.
• Experience building scalable, data-driven sales processes and partner programs.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or early-growth technology environments.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with a proven ability to align internal sales, alliances, and services teams.
• Experience building and nurturing key business and technical champions within SI organizations.
• Experience in a quota-carrying role driving revenue with large system integrators through sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with models.

About the job:

Wiz is hiring a Senior Strategic Partner Manager - GSI, SEAK in Singapore to help build and scale our Systems Integrator (SI) go-to-market business across SEAK region. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving revenue with the world’s largest system integrators through sell-to, sell-with, sell-through, and build-with models.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and collaborative environment-someone who can build repeatable processes and make an immediate impact on growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own and exceed a direct sales quota; drive new logo acquisition with global SI partners.
• Develop and execute a KPI-driven, repeatable GTM process to scale SI sourced and influenced revenue.
• Align and coordinate internal sales, alliances, and services teams to deliver a unified SI go-to-market approach.
• Build and nurture champions at both business and technical levels within SI organizations.
• Manage a global pipeline with clear accountability, visibility, and performance metrics.
