Associate Enterprise Account Manager

Join Grubhub as an Associate Enterprise Account Manager, where you will be the main point of contact for our Enterprise Marketplace franchise group accounts. You will develop successful client partnerships, oversee experiences and expectations, and build the value of Grubhub and its affiliate sites. Your goals will focus on launch, retention, account maintenance, and revenue generation of franchised accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams, communicate regularly with clients, and explore ways to grow each account.

Missions

• Servir como punto de contacto diario para los franquiciados y grupos de franquicias, gestionando la comunicación y las relaciones.
• Responsable de coordinar con múltiples equipos internos para garantizar un lanzamiento exitoso y mantener una alta tasa de retención.
• Aumentar los ingresos a través de la venta adicional a los socios de franquicia, la ejecución de campañas de marketing y la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento.

Profil recherché

- 1-2 Years in Account Management, Sales, or experience working with large clients

- Dynamic personality who possesses a positive attitude and desire to find mutually beneficial solutions

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly, appropriately, and professionally to clients/internal audiences

- Coach-ability. Open to new ideas and continuous feedback. Constantly looking to grow your skills

- Confident making outbound dials on the phone

- Passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google products) with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar and JIRA a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or highschool diploma/GED

- Expertise in problem-solving skills - identifying root causes, customer needs, and providing solutions quickly and efficiently in real-time
