Technical Support Specialist | Italian IT Support
Workster is partnering with a leading international technology services provider to recruit Technical Support Specialists for an exciting multilingual IT support project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role
Provide first-line technical support to business customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
Log, manage, and prioritize incidents while ensuring agreed service levels are met
Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required
Perform remote troubleshooting and assist users through screen sharing and remote access tools
Monitor, update, and follow up on support cases until resolution
Document incidents accurately and maintain customer records within internal systems
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high technical standards
Your Qualifications
Native or fluent level of Italian
English proficiency at C1 level
CompTIA+ certification (or equivalent) or Cisco CCNA certification/training
Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and general IT infrastructure
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ticketing systems or remote technical support is an advantage
Strong willingness to learn and develop within the IT field
