Working as part of the Ministry Development Team, the Artist & Partnerships Coordinator provides essential administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and the wider team, helping to ensure the successful delivery of artist engagement activities, strategic partnerships and key Christian events across the UK.
The role is responsible for coordinating the practical and administrative arrangements that underpin UK and US artist visits, events and tours, ensuring that plans are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This includes managing logistics, schedules, communications, resources and stakeholder coordination, as well as providing day-to-day support that enables effective planning and execution.
In addition, the postholder supports the operational delivery of strategic partnerships and organisational engagement with churches, Christian networks, festivals and other key ministry partners. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role helps to ensure that partnership activities, events and engagement opportunities are well coordinated and aligned with organisational objectives.
This is a highly organised and detail-oriented role that requires strong administrative, communication and coordination skills. The postholder will play a key supporting function, enabling the Senior Partnerships Manager and Ministry Development Team to focus on relationship building, partnership development and ministry impact by ensuring that the operational and logistical aspects of delivery are managed effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support to the Senior Partnerships Manager and wider Ministry Development Team, ensuring artist engagements, partnership activities and events are planned and delivered effectively.
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, including scheduling, travel, resources, stakeholder communications and event administration.
- Maintain accurate calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases, tracking progress against key milestones and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of developments, changes and requirements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with artists, agents, churches, event organisers, strategic partners and internal colleagues, providing a professional and responsive service at all times.
- Support the delivery of events and partnership activities through effective planning, organisation and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working, helping to strengthen operational efficiency across the Ministry Development Team.
