About the team
Worldline Service Australia (WSA) delivers end-to-end payment services and technology support to Worldline clients within the Australian market. Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management, and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response, and continuous improvement.
Our Team
The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.
Your mission
Establish and deliver the operational reporting capability required to support contractual service reporting obligations. Interpret contractual service level requirements, identify authoritative data sources, develop monthly service reports and progressively automate reporting.
The opportunity
We are looking for an energetic dashboard and reporting analyst who can help us build our reporting from various service management tools who has exposure to banking, finance or payment organisations.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Review customer contracts; develop SLA reporting catalogue; define KPI calculations; identify and validate data sources; produce monthly customer reports; develop dashboards; document reporting processes; automate reporting with Data Engineers and AI Developers; support governance meetings.
Skills & Experience
Experience with service reporting, SLA interpretation, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL (desirable), ITIL Service Level Management, financial services or payments.
Skilled in Service Now, Jira, Slack and various incident management tools are a strong advantage.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in IT, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or equivalent experience. ITIL Foundation and Power BI certification desirable.
