Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive

We are seeking a Senior PR & Integrated Corporate Communications Executive: a strategic storyteller, dynamic communicator, and digital-savvy marketer who will elevate WORQ’s brand narrative across all channels. In this multi-faceted role, you will shape WORQ’s corporate reputation across national, real estate, and tech media verticals, while driving our social media ecosystem, campaign activations, and brand events to support community growth.

I) Brand PR & Earned Media

• Media & Narrative Execution: Lead external communications initiatives that position WORQ as the premier authority on flexible workspaces and the evolving future of work.

• Press & Pitch Management: Write and distribute press releases, op-eds, official announcements, and media kits for company milestones, expansion news, and award submissions.

• Journalist Engagement & Media Pitching: Build relationships with editors and journalists across property, business, and tech outlets, actively pitching leadership for expert commentary and newsjacking opportunities.

• Reporting: Monitor media coverage, track brand mentions, and report PR performance metrics to key stakeholders.

II) Social Media Management & Brand Storytelling

• Channel Ownership & Content Execution: Own the day-to-day content strategy, planning and channel growth across WORQ’s social platforms, focusing on thought leadership topics and Executive Profiling.

• PR & Content Amplification: Repurpose earned PR wins, media features, and executive commentary into platform-native social assets to maximize reach and credibility.

• Multichannel Creation & Community: Ideate high-quality digital content-including video scripts, behind-the-scenes outlet highlights, and member spotlights-while engaging online audiences to convert inquiries into leads.

III) Campaign Activations & Events

• Campaign & Go-To-Market Support: Execute promotional campaigns and lifecycle email workflows (via HubSpot) supporting new outlet openings, workspace occupancy drives, and enterprise sales.

• Out-of-Home (OOH) & Partner Branding: Coordinate physical marketing assets (signage, transit displays, lobby branding) tailored to high-footfall hubs like KL Sentral and Bangsar alongside building managers and landlord partners.

• Brand Event Coordination: Lead the on-ground execution of flagship brand events-including outlet launches, media sessions, and broker appreciation nights-acting as an on-site brand ambassador to capture live content.

• Vendor & Administrative Coordination: Assist with campaign vendor coordination, collateral distribution logistics, invoice processing, and budget tracking.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media execution, or integrated marketing.

• Versatile Writing: Master-level writing skills across formal press releases, long-form LinkedIn articles, punchy social copy, and marketing collateral.

• Funnel Literacy: Clear understanding of how PR, social media, and communications projects directly support brand equity and lead generation.

• Project & Event Ownership: Proven ability to independently manage project timelines, coordinate on-site event logistics, and leverage media networks.

• Digital & Tool Proficiency: Practical experience managing corporate social channels and using tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and other content management tools (preferred).
