Role Summary and Impact  

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Activation Pod Lead who will: 

• Strategic Client Leadership & Commercial Growth: Act as the senior client lead for HVCS engagements, managing C-suite relationships, driving organic revenue growth, and providing executive oversight of end-to-end addressable campaign delivery across LATAM and US accounts. 

• Hub Leadership & Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary pod (Orchestrators, Strategists, Data/Identity Specialists), overseeing workload allocation, governance, and quality standards across all client workstreams. 

• New Business & Thought Leadership: Lead HVCS workstreams in commercial pitches and proposals while championing workshops, case studies, and market enablement to drive widespread addressable adoption. 

• AI Innovation & Global Integration: Drive team and client adoption of WPP Open and generative AI tools, optimizing tech partner workflows while connecting the Mexico Hub with global HVCS leadership to align standards and best practices. 

Skills and Experience  

• 7+ years' experience in Digital Media, Ad Operations, Production, or Addressable Creative/DCO. 

• Experience with Flashtalking/Innovid, Smartly, Celtra, Google Studio, etc. 

• Advanced level of English (this will be assessed during the interview process)  

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Team & Operational Leadership: Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreams, and maintaining high delivery standards in complex client environments. 

• Senior Client & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional consultative and presentation skills with experience building trusted relationships with senior client/agency executives and resolving escalations. 

• Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive organic business expansion, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to commercial targets and pitches. 

• Addressable & Tech Literacy: Strong strategic and technical understanding of DCO platforms, ad serving, addressable media channels, and campaign activation workflows.
