Role Summary and Impact  

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Media Orchestrator who will: 

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing the full operational lifecycle-from brief interpretation and messaging matrices to DCO activation, QA, and post-campaign analysis (with Junior MO support). 

• Cross-Functional & Tech Alignment: Connect daily with media teams, production orchestrators, and DCO tech partners to ensure seamless execution and pipeline coordination. 

• AI & Workflow Innovation: Drive daily adoption of WPP Open, generative AI tools, and DCO platforms to streamline production cycles and optimize dynamic content workflows. 

• Team Leadership & Enablement: Directly manage and mentor Junior Media Orchestrators, while supporting new business pitches, client workshops, and case study development. 

Skills and Experience  

• 4+ years' experience in Ad Operations, Digital Activation, or Addressable Creative/DCO. 

• Advanced level of English (this will be assessed during the interview process)  

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Operational & Process Leadership: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing complex campaign workflows and deadlines under pressure. 

• Addressable & Tech Literacy: Hands-on understanding of ad servers, media channels, addressable creative, and DCO technologies. 

• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience facilitating cross-team alignment and working directly with clients.
