Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of creative visual proposals with a strong focus on 3D, motion design, and digital experiences, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.

• Develop innovative creative concepts and elevate existing ideas through high-impact visual solutions that combine design, storytelling, and technology.

• Define the artistic direction of integrated campaigns, overseeing the creation of key visuals, visual identities, 3D assets, and content for digital and experiential environments.

• Create and direct the development of mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and visual prototypes to effectively communicate creative ideas to clients and internal teams.

• Lead the development of visual assets for multi-channel campaigns, including:

  • 3D and CGI content
  • Motion graphics and audiovisual content
  • Digital and social media campaigns
  • Web experiences and landing pages
  • Immersive environments, events, and brand activations

• Oversee the creative and technical quality of renders, animations, and visual assets, ensuring a consistently high standard of execution, aesthetics, and storytelling.

• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Account Management, Production, Motion, UX/UI, and Development teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

• Participate in pitches and new business opportunities, contributing creative vision and developing differentiated proposals for prospective clients.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, monitoring timelines, and maintaining the creative standards of the team.

• Mentor and develop creative talent, promoting innovation, exploration of new tools, and best practices in design and 3D visualization.

• Ensure the evolution and consistency of brand visual identities across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proven ability to generate original creative concepts and transform them into relevant, distinctive visual proposals.

• Strong experience in Art Direction and 3D Design, with the ability to lead projects from concept development through final execution.

• Advanced proficiency in creative tools such as:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma
  • 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, or equivalent
  • Rendering and visualization engines such as Redshift, Octane, or Unreal Engine

• Experience developing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, audiovisual content, branding, and immersive experiences.

• Solid understanding of motion design, visual storytelling, CGI trends, AI-driven creativity, and generative design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction, conceptual creativity, visual design, and high-end 3D projects.

• Ability to confidently present and defend creative ideas to clients and stakeholders, effectively articulating both visual and strategic decisions.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in fast-paced environments.

• Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring emerging technologies, formats, and visual languages.

• Previous experience leading creative teams or working as a Senior Art Director or Creative Lead within creative agencies, digital agencies, or specialized 3D design and production studios.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative leadership skills.
