To rola dla osoby, która żyje trendami na TikToku i Instagramie, potrafi nagrywać świetnej jakości materiały wideo i potrafi wdrożyć lokalny kontekst do globalnej strategii marki.

Będziesz twórcą i twarzą marki w mediach społecznościowych - bezpośrednio angażując społeczność rodziców i tworząc natywne, dynamiczne treści (od 12 do 16+ materiałów wideo miesięcznie)

 Szczegóły stanowiska:

• Lokalizacja:  model hybrydowy - praca w naszym biurze w Warszawie (Koneser) z możliwością pracy zdalnej
• Ścisła współpraca:  lokalny Community Manager, regionalny Hub (Social Media Manager, Strategy Director, Operations Lead) oraz klient
• Główne kanały: TikTok, Instagram (Reels), wspierająco Facebook i YouTube

  Codzienne zadania:

• Sprawny montaż wideo na telefonie (CapCut / InShot / Premiere Rush) oraz nagrywanie materiałów wysokiej jakości za pomocą smartfona.
• Dostosowywanie globalnych konceptów do polskiej kultury i trendów oraz tworzenie autorskich, natywnych formatów (min. 12-16 materiałów wideo miesięcznie).
• Ciągłe monitorowanie TikToka i IG w poszukiwaniu wiralowych dźwięków, trendów i formatów.
• Biska praca z Community Managerem oraz raportowanie do regionalnego Hubu Social Media.

  Kogo szukamy:

• Czujesz się w 100% swobodnie, naturalnie i autentycznie, mówiąc i występując w wideo.
• Posiadasz doświadczenie jako Content Creator oraz portfolio/profil z materiałami na TikToku lub IG.
• Znasz aplikacje do szybkiego montażu (CapCut itp.) i potrafisz wycisnąć maksimum z kamery w smartfonie.
• Rozumiesz wyzwania i świat młodych rodziców (doświadczenie rodzicielskie - własne lub blisko w otoczeniu - będzie ogromnym atutem!).
• Znasz język angielski na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację z międzynarodowym Hubem (język polski jest Twoim językiem ojczystym).

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.

In addition to the salary range provided, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees' well-being and professional growth. Poland Pay Range

6 333 zł—12 500 zł PLN
