We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to temporarily join our Social Media team. The professional will act as a senior reference figure for the accounts, stepping in at key moments of the client relationship and ensuring day-to-day operational and strategic management. This role involves working in close collaboration with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and the Social Media Managers responsible for each account. We are looking for someone with solid experience in account and social media management, capable of handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously with autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor client relationships at key moments - presentations, approvals, escalations, and strategic reviews - in coordination with the Social Media Managers responsible for daily contact.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Oversee and coordinate 360 campaigns from briefing to execution, ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
• Support budget management and control per client, as well as the monitoring of billing processes.
• Participate in and support shoots and content production, ensuring the connection between the client, the creative team, and production partners.
• Prepare and monitor status reports, contact reports, and project documentation.
• Actively collaborate with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead on strategic planning and responding to briefings.
• Identify growth and upsell opportunities within the managed accounts.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management and/or client management within an agency context, with a focus on social media.
• Solid knowledge of the social media ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others).
• Proven experience in overseeing 360 campaigns and content production projects.
• Familiarity with budget management and billing processes in an agency environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and attention to detail.
• Communicative and proactive profile with a strong client-oriented focus.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Immediate availability will be considered a plus.
• Avaliable and open for a 6-month freelance contract
