Role Overview

This role supports project deployment activities by assisting the team with coordination, tracking, and basic administrative tasks. The intern will help ensure projects run smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in project operations and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking project tasks, schedules, and updates
• Help monitor orders, deliveries, and shipment status
• Support meeting documentation (notes, action items, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with team members for updates and simple requests
• Help organize project data and ensure records are updated
• Assist in resolving minor issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Support communication with internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Currently a student taking up Business, IT, Engineering, or related course
• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience
• Detail-oriented and organized

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Responsible and able to manage simple tasks
