Overview:
The Transition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of deployment projects across global locations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, project managers, internal teams, and installation partners to ensure deployments are completed accurately, on time, and within scope. The position manages project schedules, order tracking, logistics coordination, risk mitigation, reporting, and customer communications while driving continuous process improvements.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate multiple deployment project activities and serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects
- Create and maintain installation schedules, ensuring deployments are completed on time and according to customer requirements
- Track orders, deliveries, and installation progress through financial completion
- Coordinate equipment delivery and service requirements with relevant teams and stakeholders
- Identify project risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize deployment delays
- Maintain accurate deployment, order, and return records while providing project status reporting
- Support customers and partners during installation activities and assist with data gathering and asset validation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide guidance to new Transition Coordinators
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware deployments, logistics, order management, or project coordination
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, tables, and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SAP, Business Objects, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project is preferred
- Knowledge of project management lifecycle principles and logistics operations is an advantage
