岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 深入了解业务战略、运作模式，通过组织诊断识别业务痛点，协同总部为业务部门提供定制化解决方案;

2. 负责公司HR政策、制度、体系与重点项目在业务部门内部的推动落地，并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进;

3. 关注人才招聘、培养和发展，为业务部门提供强有力的人员供给及梯队搭建支持;

4. 负责组织文化氛围建设，定期组织员工活动，传递公司核心价值观，提升员工凝聚力和团队战斗力;

5. 建立多样化沟通渠道，与员工形成高效互动，妥善协调处理员工关系问题，防范与处理劳动风险。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历;

2. 工作经验：6年及以上HRBP或相关领域工作经验，有高科技行业或手机软件研发领域工作经验者加分;

3. 专业能力：熟悉人力资源各模块基本工作，并具备TD，OD等模块的实操经验，熟悉国家相关的人力资源政策、法律法规;

4. 综合能力：具备较强的学习能力、韧性足，有思考深度和人际敏感度，善于沟通，责任心强，注重团队协作。
