AWS Partnership Manager

This role will be responsible to runs day to day engagement with AWS partner managers and solutions teams, ensure every Associated program requirement are met and managed for Contiinex. Some of the active engagement today are:

1. An active pipeline driving Sales through Marketplace and ISV programs

2. Service track built around delivery and co-sell motions with AWS teams for our Contiinex consumption driver in AWS

3. Software track engagement

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Program management across both tracks: AWS ISV Accelerate, AWS Marketplace listings, AWS Partner-Led/Co-Sell (ACE), and any future programs Contiinex qualifies for.
• The day-to-day relationship with AWS partner managers, solutions architects, and program leads the first point of contact for anything AWS-side.
• Manage BOX partnerships with other AWS partners who are building toolkit for Contiinex
• Partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue: build the co-sell motion with AWS sales teams, track deals through ACE, and report progress against target.
• Renewals and requirements: track every program's certification, technical review, and renewal deadline so Contiinex never lapses on standing.
• Cross-functional coordination with product, sales, and marketing to keep AWS- facing narratives, case studies, and Marketplace listings current and as per the competency.
• Representation at AWS events, partner reviews, and joint business planning sessions. Maintain a clear, recurring view for leadership: program status, pipeline sourced, status, revenue closed, and what is needed next from Contiinex to keep both tracks moving.

Experience:

• 4-5 years of experience managing a hyperscaler partnership, AWS strongly preferred including direct exposure to ISV, SI, or Marketplace programs.
• Exposure to AWS for US account
• Working knowledge of the AWS Partner Network: program tiers, ACE co-sell, Marketplace mechanics, and funding programs.
• A track record of turning partner programs into measurable pipeline and revenue, not just program compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, confidence in engaging AWS partner teams, Contiinex leadership, and delivery partners in the same week.
• Healthcare, RCM, or US enterprise exposure is a plus, given Contiinex's focus on US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

Role KPI Metrics

• Partnership-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, tracked quarter over quarter.
• Programs active and in good standing across both tracks, without missing renewal or recertification deadlines.
• Co-sell deals registered and advanced through ACE.
• Marketplace listing health and Partnership-led content shipped on schedule.
