Influencer & Partnership Manager | Dubai

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Influencer & Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns across the MENA region - identifying the right creators for our brand, negotiating partnerships, running campaigns from end to end, and analyzing performance to drive results.

The ideal candidate understands the influencer landscape, social media trends, content creation, and audience behavior, while being equally comfortable working with performance data and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners across MENA markets.
• Build and maintain a database of influencers categorized by market, audience, platform, niche, and performance.
• Monitor emerging creators, social media trends, and new content formats.
• Evaluate influencers based on audience quality, engagement, reach, demographics, content quality, and brand fit.
• Manage influencer campaigns from initial outreach through execution, approval, publication, and reporting.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Communicate with influencers, agencies, and external partners on a daily basis.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and campaign terms.
• Ensure all influencer content follows brand guidelines and approved campaign messaging.
• Work closely with the Compliance team to review and obtain approval for influencer content before publication, ensuring all content meets applicable regulatory requirements, disclaimers, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Social Media, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Compliance.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
• Manage influencer communication and ensure timely delivery of agreed content.
• Develop an ambassador/creator network for ongoing collaborations.
• Identify opportunities for exclusive or long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the MENA influencer and social media landscape.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to evaluate influencer performance using data and audience insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing content and campaign requirements.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, investment, or other regulated industries.
