To strengthen our team, we are looking for a EHS Specialist L1 in our plant in Meknes .
Tasks & Attributions :
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and update EHS procedures, policies, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor environmental aspects including waste management, emissions, water discharge, and chemical storage.
- Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Lead internal safety audits, track corrective actions, and maintain compliance documentation.
- Coordinate occupational health programs, exposure monitoring, and PPE compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and reduce operational risks across the facility .
Qualifications :
*Level of studies: Bac+5 in EHS , or Equivalent .
*Experience : Min 1 Year of Experiences in EHS Field.
*Knowledge in EHS Field & EHS Management System .
*Language: Fluent speaker of French and English .
*Office tools: Strong command of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*Continuous improvement mindset.
