Hi, my name is Gabriel and I'm the founder of Y/n.

Y/n is an app to create interactive stories. For example, you can play a boarding school transfer student, or figure out a jailbreak with Sherlock Holmes. Your choices change the story and how characters feel about you (oops!)

A few facts about Y/n:

• Y/n is a hit consumer product. Last month, users nearly 500M messages.
• Our mission at Y/n is to train the world’s most entertaining AIs.
• We launched 12 months ago and are already one of the top books apps in the world.
• On average, users spend almost 4 hours a day in the app.
• We raised $14M from top VCs.
• We're still a small team of 4 people.

A couple of months ago we hit #4 books app in the App Store. We're looking for a Head of Growth to bring us to #1.

As Head of Growth, you’ll lead our marketing: shoot or coordinate shooting of videos, scale ads, and partner with content creators. But above all, I’d expect you to know how to win! This sometimes means being creative and finding unexpected ways to grow, but it also means being simple stupid when needed.

What we expect from you:

• You've grown a TikTok or Instagram account to >10k followers.
• You get fandom, read romance & fanfiction... or you just really want to win over consumers!
• You’re organized and can manage creators.
• You're based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco.
• This is a full-time role.
• New grads are welcome!!
