As an IT Support Specialist in the Netherlands, you are the frontline partner for our employees, ensuring their technology works when they need it most.
You provide hands-on and remote support, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with European IT teams to keep systems secure, stable, and user-friendly.
You sit at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business operations - turning technical challenges into smooth, reliable solutions.

What we’re looking for
Your background includes:
Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support (on-site and remote)
Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals, meeting room systems)
Understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with user management (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA-driven support
Basic understanding of IT security practices (patching, endpoint protection, phishing awareness)
You are someone who:
Communicates clearly in Dutch and English
Takes a structured, analytical approach to troubleshooting
Focuses on root cause resolution, not quick fixes
Prioritizes effectively and works well under pressure
Knows when to resolve independently or escalate
Collaborates easily in an international environment
Stays curious and continuously develops your IT skills
