As we continue to expand our German business, we are looking for an experienced Collections Team Lead - Germany to help build and lead our Collections function from our Berlin office.
The Role
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are seeking a Collections Team Lead to join our Collections & Recoveries department. In this role, you will be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of our people and driving exceptional team performance. You will recruit, develop and empower a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, growth and results. Working closely with other team leaders and senior leadership, ensuring our operations deliver maximum impact and efficiency.
