Your role
You want to start your career in project management and don't want to spend your first years only maintaining project plans?
As a Junior Project Manager in our Customer Solutions Team, you'll work on real customer projects from day one and gain exposure to the entire customer lifecycle: from tenders and solution development during the Pre-Sales phase through to implementation and successful go-live.
You'll work alongside our experienced Bid and Implementation Managers and collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Training, IT, Product and Data.
At the beginning, we'll support you in learning our processes, customers and solutions. Step by step, you'll take ownership of your own workstreams and smaller projects - with the goal of developing into an independent Project Manager.
What you'll do
Your projects will cover two main areas:
Pre-Sales & Bid Management
You'll support our Bid Managers in managing RFPs and customer proposals. You'll help structure customer requirements, coordinate inputs from different teams, organize bid workshops, keep track of deadlines and support the creation of high-quality proposals and presentations.
Post-Sales & Implementation Management
Once we've won a new customer, you'll support our Implementation Managers in turning the proposed solution into reality. You'll help build and maintain implementation plans, coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders, organize workshops, track deliverables and support the project through testing, readiness and go-live.
Across both areas, you'll:
Coordinate tasks, deadlines and stakeholders across multiple teams.
Prepare and organize project meetings and workshops.
Keep track of actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
Maintain clear and structured project documentation.
Support customer communication and project status updates.
Identify potential blockers and make sure they are addressed early.
Gradually take ownership of individual workstreams and smaller customer projects.
Help us continuously improve the way we manage bids and implementations.
What we're looking for

You bring:
First practical experience with projects or project management - ideally around one year, but this can also come from internships, working-student positions or comparable project experience.
A highly organized and structured way of working.
Strong communication and people skills - you enjoy working with different personalities and aren't afraid to proactively approach people.
A strong sense of ownership: when you take on a task, you make sure it gets done.
A customer-focused mindset and professional communication style.
The confidence to follow up when deadlines are approaching or information is missing.
Curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new topics.
Attention to detail while still keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Confidence working with Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
Fluent German and strong English skills.
