We are seeking a disciplined and technically proficient System Administrator to manage and optimize our digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the administration of our OpenText Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) and the maintenance of our internal corporate network. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, system availability, and seamless collaboration for our remote workforce.

• OpenText Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for OpenText ECM, overseeing system health, configurations, and user access protocols.
• Infrastructure & Virtualization: Perform essential maintenance within VMware ESXi environments, including virtual machine (VM) lifecycle management and monitoring.
• Directory & Domain Management: Execute comprehensive Domain Administration and Active Directory tasks to ensure secure and efficient identity management.
• Communication Systems: Manage Microsoft 365 services for internal corporate, encompassing full email administration and security compliance.
• Network Oversight: Maintain the integrity of the internal network, providing remote troubleshooting and ensuring consistent connectivity.

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a System Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in the administration of OpenText Document Management Systems.
• Systems Management: Demonstrated proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Virtualization Knowledge: Practical experience with VMware ESXi operational tasks.
• Network Proficiency: A strong understanding of networking protocols, security standards, and remote access technologies.
• Professionalism: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage technical priorities independently in a remote setting.

• Cloud Proficiency: Professional exposure to Microsoft Azure
• DMS Versatility: Broader experience with various Document Management architectures and implementation strategies.
