Job Responsibilities

我们正在寻找一名具备优秀双语能力（菲律宾语/他加禄语 和中文）的年轻人才，协助推进公司在马尼拉日常运营管理等相关项目。此职位将直接汇报给项目负责人，参与跨部门及外部机构的协调工作，确保项目高效落地。

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Indonesian and Mandarin) professional to support our day-to-day operations and project execution in Indonesia. This role will report directly to the Project Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

岗位职责：

• 协助项目负责人推进本地项目执行及后续运营支持。
• 统筹内外部协调工作，确保项目进度顺利：
• 负责项目相关文件整理、会议安排及进度跟踪。
• 协助解决项目推进中的本地化问题，确保合规性与高效执行。

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Lead in executing local projects and providing operational support.
• Coordinate cross-functional and external collaborations to ensure project timelines are met.
• Organize project-related documentation, schedule meetings, and track progress.
• Support localization efforts and troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure compliance and efficiency.

必备要求：

• 流利的他加禄语（Tagalog）和中文（普通话），能熟练进行书面及口头沟通。
• 具备积极、主动的工作态度，适应快节奏多任务环境。
• 优秀的跨部门协作能力与执行力，擅长推动事务落地。

加分项：

• 英语沟通能力良好。
• 法律相关专业背景或经验。

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Fluency in Tagalog and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills and execution-driven mindset.

Preferred (Bonus point):

• Proficiency in English.
• Background or experience in law/compliance.
