Now we are looking for an exceptional Founder's Associate Intern helping us grow and bring Zauber to the next stage.
What You'll Do
You'll be a core part of a small and fast-moving team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you will help us scale both product and company operations while learning directly from experienced operators and founders along the way.
- Build and manage internal systems like our website and tooling
- Lead recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members
- Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring our agents to customers
- Identify and secure grant and non-dilutive funding opportunities
- Tackle whatever challenge moves the company forward

What You Bring
- Experience in generalist roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments
- A somewhat technical background or strong intuition for AI and software
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency

- Start: Q4 2026
- Compensation: 2,400€ per month
