Du lernst, wie man Kampagnen entwickelt, Workshops organisiert und interne Kommunikation strategisch aufbaut - und das alles in einem Team, das Innovationen vorantreibt.

Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung des Ideenmanagements begleiten und aktiv mitgestalten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung von Ideen-Kampagnen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung kreativer Kommunikationsmaterialien zur internen Ansprache
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiterideen aus allen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern, Experten und Ideengebern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Pflege der Mitarbeiterportal-Seite
  • Entwicklung neuer Workshop-Formate und Schulungsmaterialien
  • Planung und Moderation von Ideen-Workshops und Online-Trainings

Dein Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Begeisterung für zukunftsorientierte Themen und kreative Lösungen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Spaß an Teamarbeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kreativität und ganzheitliches Denken
  • Starke Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • 6 Monate Zeit für ein spannendes Praktikum
