- Drive sales growth and business development within the assigned territory by leveraging professional product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and serving as a trusted business partner to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular customer visits (optical stores and distributors) to understand customer needs, maintain close relationships, and identify business opportunities
- Promote and present products to customers, provide support for order processing, assist with account recon-ciliation, and follow up on payment collection when required
- Acquire new accounts and identify untapped business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, SFE, and training and sales operations teams to dirve business growth
- Execute company assigned tasks and projects
Education
- Diploma in Ophthalmic Dispensing will be a bonus Experience
- Familiarity with the optical industry
- Minimal 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a competitive market Other skills
- Proactive attitude and problem solver
- Strong negotiation skill
- Results-oriented & good team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure
