python测试开发工程师

1. 负责产品自动化测试框架设计、开发与维护，使用Python搭建UI、接口自动化测试体系（Selenium、Requests、Pytest、Allure等）。

2. 编写接口、功能自动化脚本，持续集成CI/CD接入（Jenkins），自动执行测试并生成测试报告，回归迭代版本。

开发测试工具、平台、小脚本：完成数据生成、日志解析、压测辅助、接口mock等，提升手工测试团队效率。

4. 参与需求评审，设计测试用例；执行功能测试、接口测试，定位bug，推动开发修复，保障版本质量。

5. 性能测试：使用Locust（Python压测库）开展简单并发压测，分析响应时间、吞吐量等指标。

6. 维护测试环境，管理测试数据；持续优化自动化脚本稳定性，减少脚本误报。

7. 和开发、产品协作，沉淀测试规范，输出测试文档，推动研发质量体系落地。
