Senior Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect who combines strong customer-facing consulting skills, architectural expertise, and hands-on software development. The role will own the technical journey across pre-sales, discovery, solution design, implementation, and production go-live. You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, lead technical discussions, and contribute hands-on code to build and productionize integrations and AI-powered solutions.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Customer and Solution Engagement:

• Act as the primary technical expert for enterprise customers across discovery, solutioning, design, and delivery.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, POCs, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and clearly communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs.

Solution Architecture:

• Design scalable, secure and production-ready AI, Voice AI and Digital AI solutions.
• Define system architecture, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, security/identity models, and non-functional requirements.
• Architect complex integrations with CRM, CCaaS, ERP, banking and other enterprise platforms.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, implementation guides, and architecture decision documents.
• Identify integration, security, scalability and operational risks and define mitigation strategies.

Hands-on Engineering and Delivery:

• Write, test, debug and deploy production-quality code for APIs, integrations and AI workflows.
• Build rapid prototypes and convert successful POCs into scalable, maintainable production solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams on code reviews, technical decisions and implementation.
• Own technical delivery through testing, deployment, go-live, observability and production handover.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-system technical issues and drive them through to resolution.

Platform and Engineering Excellence:

• Develop reusable integration components, architecture blueprints and technical patterns.
• Ensure consistency and maintainability across multiple customer implementations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to convert customer requirements into product and platform enhancements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, technical delivery or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture / Integration Architecture / Technical Consulting.
• Strong hands-on software development experience with a track record of delivering production applications.
• Strong understanding of: APIs and microservices, distributed systems, Event-driven architectures, Cloud platforms, Identity and security, Data architecture, Enterprise integrations.
• Experience delivering SaaS products and complex enterprise integrations into production.
• Strong engineering practices around CI/CD, testing, code reviews, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, technical discussions and executive presentations.
• Strong architectural judgment with the ability to balance business requirements, scalability, security, delivery timelines and maintainability.
• Proven ability to independently own complex technical initiatives from discovery to production.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, Generative AI or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, CCaaS or CPaaS platforms.
• Experience integrating platforms such as Twilio, Genesys, Amazon Connect or Five9
• Experience integrating with CRM, ERP, banking or other enterprise core systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, model evaluation, AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with financial services, healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Experience in a high-growth/start-up environment with strong ownership and adaptability.
