In this Accounts Payable Analyst position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accuracy of accounts payable records: invoices must be complete, properly approved and coded, documented, and ready for payment in line with company policy.

You will collaborate with vendors, internal budget owners, operational stakeholders, and the finance team to resolve exceptions and produce AP information that is ready for close.

Location: Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire

• Examine vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, required approvals, and compliance with policy before entering them into the accounting system.
• Assign invoices to the correct general ledger accounts and cost centers, keeping AP records complete and accurate.
• Investigate discrepancies involving invoices, payments, and vendor statements, and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal owners.
