Job Description

• We're looking for a talented Operations Executive - Dark Store to manage day-to-day Quick Commerce Operations across our Thrissur dark stores.
• You will own inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfilment, manpower, and last-mile operations while ensuring customers receive a seamless 15-Min/30-Min delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Quick Commerce/dark store operations including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and same-day fulfilment.
• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs, inventory accuracy, and customer fulfilment metrics.
• Manage manpower planning, rostering, productivity, attendance, and shift operations.
• Hire, train, and lead inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery associates.
• Conduct inventory audits, COD reconciliation, and operational reporting.
• Work closely with D2C brands, marketplaces, and internal teams to support growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store Operations, Fulfilment, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
• Experience managing blue-collar dark store and delivery teams. Prior experience in Quick Commerce or Same-Day Delivery operations is highly preferred.
