Join our GTM Programs team as a Program Manager, where you will drive strategic initiatives that support the CRO's revenue priorities and operational excellence. You will own the end-to-end delivery of GTM programs, translate executive priorities into structured plans, and manage a portfolio of cross-functional programs. Additionally, you will optimize processes and workflows, leveraging AI-driven automation and data analysis. This role offers competitive compensation, equity, flexible time off, and a hybrid working model.
Missions
- This is a role for a proactive program manager who wants to operate at the intersection of GTM strategy and execution, not just track a project plan- 5+ years of program/project management experience, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional, business-critical initiatives (SaaS or tech environment strongly preferred)
- Strong business acumen, able to connect program execution to revenue and GTM strategy, not just deliverables
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Growth-oriented and curious; quick to adopt and champion new tools and ways of working
- Fluent with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools; treats them as core infrastructure for how you manage programs, not a nice-to-have
- Excellent judgment in risk identification and escalation; comfortable making recommendations, not just surfacing issues
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior/executive stakeholders
- Track record of managing programs with direct executive/senior-leadership visibility and competing priorities
- Actively seeks ways to apply automation/AI to reduce administrative burden and increase strategic capacity across the team
- Demonstrated success driving change management and adoption across diverse, sometimes resistant, stakeholder groups
- Direct experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy/Technology functions
- SaaS experience in a high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification (nice to have, not required)
