Overview
Cloudflare is an American internet infrastructure company founded in 2009 that operates a global network sitting in front of a large share of the world's websites and applications. Traffic passing through it is cached, accelerated and filtered for attacks, and the same network now runs a zero trust access product for corporate applications, a serverless compute platform called Workers, object storage without egress fees, and a developer platform for databases, queues and artificial intelligence inference. Headquartered in San Francisco and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it publishes widely read research on internet traffic patterns and attack trends.
