Overview
Ranger Energy Services is an oilfield services company headquartered in Houston, Texas, providing high-specification mobile well service rigs, cased hole wireline, coil tubing, plug and abandonment and related completion and production services to oil and gas operators. Founded in 2014 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it has grown through acquisitions and works across the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, the Bakken in North Dakota, the DJ Basin in Colorado, South Texas and Oklahoma.
