Overview
Transoil is a railway transport group and one of the first private rolling stock operators in Russia. It emerged from the structural reform of rail transport approved by the government in 2001 and follows a strategy of vertical integration, including the car repair company Vagondormash. The group is headquartered in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
