Integra Partners is seeking a .NET Development Lead to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development-you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications
- Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices
- Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture
Development & Delivery
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
- Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes)
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient
- Complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery
Production Support
- Actively manage production issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Create hotfixes and push to production
Data & Performance Engineering
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Break down complex initiatives and guide execution
Collaboration & Execution
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Lead sprint planning and delivery commitments
