Channel Sales Representative, Safety and Industrial Business Group

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join our Safety & Industrial Business Group in Malaysia.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our channel partner network, including distributors, resellers, and strategic business partners. You will play a key role in driving business growth, increasing market penetration, and delivering outstanding customer value through strong partner relationships.

This position is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building partnerships, developing business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, resellers, and strategic partners.

• Drive sales growth and increase market coverage within the assigned territory.

• Manage and grow existing customer and partner accounts through proactive engagement.

• Support partners with product knowledge, sales activities, and business development initiatives.

• Resolve partner-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and service standards.

• Independently manage the assigned sales territory and deliver consistent business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, business development, or a related commercial role.

• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
