We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Abuja

Description

• Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to guarantee correct and timely loading and dispatch of goods
• Plan shipment schedules, truck utilization, optimize delivery routes, and book reliable third-party logistics (3PL) carriers or company fleets.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and stay focused on assigned tasks without supervision.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, word, and Outlook.
• Manage relationships with transport providers, track carrier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Engage in basic English communication with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly logistics reports on transit times
• Handle transit delays, product damages, delivery discrepancies, and customer complaints swiftly
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records and information.

Experience

• 2-3 years in related position.
