We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Principal Accountabillities and Responsibilties

• To ensure value chain compliance and implementation of inputs /schemes.
• Core responsibility is to achieve secondary distribution target within the open market by ensuring distribution to all semi wholesalers in the open market allotted.
• Overage norm of minimum 7 semi wholesalers per day (weekly coverage – 6 days market working).
• Minimum 5 productive calls per day with minimum average sales of ~NGN210,000 per day (NGN42,000 each outlet).
• Daily reporting on Sales & Collections to ASM and weekly reconciliation of Stock and debtors with ASM and KD/WS.
• Monitoring Competitor activities & Pricing and reporting same to ASM.

Experience

• 2-3 years in related role.
