- Coordinate the timely dispersal of footwear to support set-week launches and agreed partner delivery dates
- Track product routed through MOD and partner with operational teams to remove barriers and maintain workflow
- Maintain visibility to incoming 3P footwear, order priorities, inventory status, workload, and open risks
- Serve as a primary point of contact between DC1 teams, 3P partners, Transportation, and home-office stakeholders
- Partner with home-office Quality Assurance to research, communicate, and resolve vendor-compliance violations
- Provide frequent, accurate email and operational updates on product flow, exceptions, actions, and expected completion timing
- Escalate risks proactively and coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues affecting compliance, capacity, service, or partner commitments
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, visibility, and flow across 3P operations
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 1-2 years of distribution, logistics, transportation, inventory, or coordinator experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear and timely email communication
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated critical-thinking, research, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and curious approach
- Ability to build effective working relationships across DC operations, home-office teams, carriers, and external partners
