Responsibilities
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to quickly resolve software issues impacting business operations.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of business critical systems.
Analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance reliability and efficiency.
Support knowledge sharing by documenting solutions and best practices to empower team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new tools and technologies that can optimize support processes.
This role requires up to 4 days per week onsite in Dallas, TX. This role also requires 5 days away per quarter.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language is required.
Advanced proficiency in PySpark is recommended.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in UiPath Test Suite, Python Automation, UiPath Robotic Process Automation RPA, and Machine Learning ML is suggested.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
