Workplace Support Intern (part-time for students)

Come join our Accenture Workplace Solutions team as a Workplace Support Intern! You will deliver a variety of facility and office support services within different areas of responsibility (facility management, office maintenance, security services and systems, etc.).

YOUR MISSION:

• Perform floor walks, monitor office premises, furniture, fittings and systems on a regular basis and attend to repairs in the appropriate manner.

• Solve basic maintenance issues, undertake those repairs which can be handled internallye.g. resetting automatic doors or ensure getting repairs with responsible contractor.

• Help with asset management, physical checks, inventory, storage management.

• Manage meeting room set-ups and basic furniture moving.

• Participate in solving facility and security related requests logged via Workplace helpdesk.

• Responsible for updating the access rights in the access system- assigning and modifying access rights/creating access cards in the electronic access control system with respect to the provisions of Security Policy.

• Process weekend and nonstop access lists.

• Security cameras management - performing regular checks.

• Manage online Health & Safety Training database.

• Active user of company tools connected with the role (EAM, Ariba, SNOW, ACS, CCTV, H&S e-learning tool, etc.)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of hourly base pay for this role is 6.00 € - 8.00 €.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Active university student

• Some customer service/admin/office management experience preferred

• Native Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+) language skills

• Good customer service skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic organizational skills with attention to detail

• Previous experience using a computer, knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook application

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Ability to come the office in Bratislava (approx. 20 hours per week)
