As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balancing accounts from the day shift. You will be handling end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation.

What you’ll do
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
- Use of Front Desk systems (PMS, WebHotelier, Booking Channels)
- Answer incoming calls
- Escorting guests to their rooms when needed
- Verify guests’ payment method
- Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
- Close guests accounts and check guests out
- Maintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception area
- Process invoices
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner
- Schedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Receptionist or similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an asset
- Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
